1. All sales from Uyoulabels.com are final. Do not return the product. If you cancel your order you are responsible for any and all costs incurred up to the time of your cancellation, including but not restricted to artwork, setup charges, proofs, label printing, and finished product. Printed labels not yet applied to bottles will be billed at .10 per label plus set-up fees and art charges.

2. Since our product is a custom product and not usable to anyone but the customer who placed the order, all accounts must be pre-paid unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

3. A returned check charge of $40.00 per incidence will be charged for all returned checks.

4. You are liable for all reasonable costs to collect on your account including attorney fees, court costs, and/or any other costs associated with collecting so Uyoulabels.com will net a minimum of the amount due with interest, which is billed at 1.75% per month.

5. You will be charged interest at a rate of 1.75% per month on all overdue balances.

6. All claims for damages must be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims for damages must be noted on the bill of lading or notification to UPS at the time of delivery to be valid. Uyoulabels.com will not be responsible for any claims if there is no exception noted on the delivery bill of lading or a UPS notification.

7. Prices are subject to change without notice. Customer agrees to all prices, fees and terms as presented on the website.

8. All parties agree to have any and all legal actions subject to the laws and provisions of Iowa State and agree to a venue of Jones County, Iowa for any and all actions.

9. Our liability is limited in all cases to the amount of our invoice no matter the fault of any party.
