1. All orders new or reorders will incur a set-up charge of $24.95 per order.

2. If Uyoulabels.com creates a customized label at the request of you (client), an artwork fee of $99.00 will incur plus the set-up charge of $24.95.

3. Any changes to an approved existing label created by Uyoulabels.com at the request of you (client), will incur a $40.00 artwork fee plus the $24.95 set-up charge.

4. Any change to the artwork requires a new proof and approval from client.

5. Pre-production samples are $15.00 plus postage in addition to any applicable art and set up charges.

6. Scans are billed at $10.00 each.

7. All artwork must be submitted at 300 dpi or higher in order to produce a sharp, crisp image. Artwork that is submitted at less than 300 dpi may be printed with the understanding that the image will appear blurry and/or fuzzy.

8. Artwork that is submitted in electronic form must be emailed to art@uyoulabels.com  and submitted in PC based format. Programs include: Adobe CS, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat. Convert all fonts to outlines and send in layers if possible.

9. Uyoulabels.com prints in RGB TIFF format. If possible, please convert all files to RGB TIFF format before sending.

10. Any file larger than 5MB must be zipped and submitted on a CD and mailed to:

11. All orders will receive a proof within 3 business days of the initial order and the customer receiving a sales order.

12. Hard copy proofs are available for $15 plus postage and will add a minimum of 3 to 5 business days to an order.

13. PMS colors accepted in RGB equivalents are at no additional charge. This is an approximate color match.

14. Exact PMS matches will incur a $100.00 additional charge per color.
