1. Standard production time for most orders is 5-10 business days. If approval of artwork is needed, standard production time for most orders is 5-10 business days AFTER approval of artwork. Please contact us if you need the order to be rushed. There will be a $20.00 handling fee applied to all rushed orders.

2. Production time for large orders may vary. If the order is not able to be produced within the 5-10 business day standard production time, we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery.

3. If a specified ship date for your order is required, please contact us via telephone at 1-877-828- 8900 to make necessary shipment arrangements.

4. All bottled water orders will be defaulted to use 100% Spring Water in clear PET 16.9 oz flat cap bottles.
